A New Chapter
Prioritizing Health, Wellness, and the Art of the Cut

Krissi Pralle
They say that life can change in a heartbeat, but we rarely expect it to happen to us. Recently, I have been navigating a journey through cancer. It has been a season of deep reflection, immense challenges, and ultimately, a major shift in how I view health and the environment we live in.
While my passion for the salon industry remains as strong as ever, my body has sent me a very clear message: it is time to clear the air.

A Commitment to Clean Air
During my recovery, I became acutely aware of how certain products affect my breathing. Chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy have left me vulnerable. To protect my health and ensure I can continue doing what I love, I have made the difficult but necessary decision to discontinue all chemical services, including nails, hair color, and permanent waves.
While I miss the artistry of color, I am choosing to prioritize a cleaner environment and a health-conscious atmosphere for my wellbeing and yours.
Returning to My Roots
The good news is that I am not putting down my shears! I am returning to my roots and focusing on what I have always loved: the art of the haircut.
The barbershop side of my business is staying open and active. I will be focusing on precision cuts, fades, and styling in a space that is now free of harsh fumes. You can expect the exact same dedication to detail you have always known.
Red Light Therapy
I spent my recovery researching ways to heal from the inside out, which led me to the incredible benefits of Red Light Therapy. I am thrilled to have reinvented a portion of the salon to include professional-grade RLT.

I am deeply grateful for the support you have shown me during my treatment and recovery, and I cannot wait to welcome you back into this new, healthier space. Whether you are coming in for a fresh fade, a scalp treatment, or a session under the red light, I look forward to seeing you soon.
With gratitude and health,
